It all started back in 1990, with just 27 people, who responded to a letter in the Jewish Chronicle. There are now around 2000 people on the database. Organically reared Kosher meat and poultry has been produced under London Board for Shechita, Manchester Beth Din and Dayan Westheim. Organic Kosher Foods is committed to providing Organic Kosher, antibiotic-free and pesticide-free food.
| How can I get Organic Kosher meat and poultry? |
It is important to ensure that your meat is from a certified Organic farm to be certain that the animals you eat have been reared under genuine free range conditions, treated with compassion and not given harmful chemicals. Due to the difficulty in sourcing guaranteed Organic animals, we have a farm owner, who wishes to be a client, converting their farm to Organic at the end of 2010, to help supply us with regular quantities of meat and poultry.
